02 — How It Works
We understand your current IT/digitalisation priorities and the type of support or skillset gaps to be addressed. Consider this an IT counselling session.
Based on the assessment and estimated monthly workload, choose your preferred subscription in increments of 0.5 headcount (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, etc.). Start small and upgrade in subsequent months.
Specify week-to-week tasks to maximise your fractional headcount. This ensures alignment on expectations and transparent tracking of deliverables.

05 — Our Clients
Starting in 2021, DHC helped the client set up their AWS infrastructure from scratch and subsequently trained internal IT staff to manage their Cloud infrastructure independently. DHC ensured a future-proofed setup by accommodating future integrations with third-party software. Since then, DHC has delivered multiple systems from a call and hotline system to a case management system, which spun off into scheduling, billing, and a caregiver app.
The client urgently needed to update internal IT systems to comply with CIS standards. DHC provided 1-to-1 coaching sessions with internal IT staff to reconfigure their Cloud infrastructure and train staff on security maintenance work independently. The upgrade allowed the client to satisfy large corporate customer requirements and maintain business continuity.
The client had multiple on-premise legacy systems and sought advice on migrating to Cloud infrastructure without disruption. DHC collaborated with existing vendors to facilitate migration, including refactoring code through pair programming to ensure Cloud compatibility and optimise future operational costs.
Starting end 2021 with an initial volunteer management system, DHC continued to provide maintenance support and develop new functionalities as the organisation grew — including a mobile app for volunteers, QR-based mobile log-ins, and continuous UX enhancements.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the client could not deploy services due to the lockdown. DHC rapidly built and deployed hotlines and a dedicated information portal to provide 24/7 mental health support to migrant workers, with vital updates disseminated in multiple languages to serve a diverse community.
Under a FlexiTech retainer, DHC supported the client across a range of day-to-day and urgent needs: building lightweight tools including an e-business card and a branded link shortener, managing website communications, and troubleshooting payment gateway issues. When the organisation was recently awarded IPC status, DHC rapidly developed and deployed a custom IRAS donor API integration — allowing them to submit tax-deductible donation records on time from day one.
06 — Service Level

Standard service hours: 9 AM – 6 PM. Each client is assigned a designated DHC representative.
07 — Pricing
Priced per headcount (HC) fraction — each HC represents a full-time equivalent of 128 man-hours / 16 man-days per month. Scale up or down monthly.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST. Retainer fee is billed monthly in advance.
Unused man-days roll over for up to one month. Extensions beyond that may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A minimum 1-month commitment applies to retainer plans.
