As CEO and co-founder of DigiHwy Certainty, he has led over 70 digital projects focused on service automation, operational efficiency, and human-centred design.
Emil has personally empowered over 100 social service agencies through innovative digital tools, strategic advisory, and government-supported programmes, building deep relationships across the sector.
